As part of our entrepreneurial duty of care regarding the quality assurance of our products and services, we hereby establish our quality policy.
Our quality management system describes the requirements we have defined. Its application ensures that all activities affecting company performance are planned, controlled and monitored, and that contractually agreed requirements are fulfilled.
With this declaration, the management commits all employees and suppliers to carry out their activities in accordance with this QM system, ensuring that the quality of all products and services of our company meets internal and external requirements.

Preventing errors instead of correcting them afterwards. We continuously develop our organisation and our QM system.

What quality means to us
The consistent quality of our products and services is one of the foundations of our successful business. For us, quality means fulfilling the expectations of our customers and interested parties in the best possible way. In this sense, quality is a key criterion in our daily business and forms a reliable bond with our customers.
Acting quality-consciously also means using valuable resources efficiently and sparingly. All employees have the duty and the right to work towards eliminating circumstances that limit the results of company performance. The continuous improvement of our company is therefore, in the medium and long term, also a prerequisite for effectively reducing costs and an important contribution to protecting the environment.
A smoothly functioning organisation and advanced quality management methods provide the necessary framework. All employees are obliged to apply the rules valid in their area of responsibility, to continuously monitor their effectiveness and to adapt them to the latest knowledge and requirements.

Management commitment
By evaluating results, internal audits and performance reviews, the management verifies the performance and effectiveness of the QM system. We provide all necessary resources to achieve the quality objectives and to enforce the quality policy. We are committed to the continuous improvement and further development of the QM system.
This understanding of quality and quality awareness, as well as the attitude of all employees towards quality, are the prerequisites for the satisfaction of our customers and thus for the lasting success of our company.
