Degreasing and de-oiling
After CNC machining, parts carry coolants, oils and greases. They are usually removed with aqueous, biological or solvent cleaners, depending on the part and the next process.
In biological systems, microorganisms break down oils and greases in the cleaning fluid without any solvents. Hydrocarbon cleaners degrease particularly thoroughly, for example before coating.
Ultrasonic Deep Cleaning
For high cleanliness requirements, parts are cleaned in an ultrasonic bath. High-frequency vibrations create cavitation bubbles that penetrate even fine bores, threads and undercuts.
The implosion of the micro-bubbles gently removes chips and contaminants.
From machining to ready-to-install part
Many machining shops clean parts in-house straight after machining, others work with cleaning service providers. State your cleanliness requirement in the enquiry and we place it with a partner shop that meets it.
