For medium volumes we place the work with partner shops running CNC Swiss-type lathes and turn-mill centres with bar feeders. The machines process bar stock fully automatically, and many shops run them unmanned overnight and at weekends.
Automatic bar feeding eliminates manual reloading. The machine makes part after part with identical quality, short idle times and high spindle utilisation. Which shop takes on your part depends on diameter, material and quantity.
