On our DMG Ecomill 70, up to 700 × 560 × 510 mm (X × Y × Z) in 5 axes. For larger components, we provide individual consultation and assess feasibility through our network.

Q2What tolerances are realistic for large parts?

Standard ±0.05 mm, on request down to ±0.02 mm. For large components, thermal stability is critical — we manufacture in a climate-controlled environment.

Q3What materials can be milled as large parts?

Aluminum (up to AlZnMgCu1.5), steel (up to 1.2379), stainless steel, brass, copper and bronze. Engineering plastics (POM, PA, PEEK) on request.
