From One-Offs to Large Series
Every batch size has its own costing and optimisation strategy — we find the most cost-effective way for your project.
Prototypes & One-Offs
Fast realisation of new ideas — prototypes and spare parts in 5–10 working days. Ideal for development and maintenance.
Small Series
Flexible series production with optimised setup times. Modular clamping systems reduce fixed costs per unit.
Medium & Large Series
Efficient series production with unmanned manufacturing runs. Maximum cost-effectiveness through economies of scale.
Quality Assurance to ISO 9001
First Article Inspection Report
Complete documentation of the first part — all critical dimensions are inspected on the 3D CMM and recorded.
Material Certificates
Traceability of the material used with 3.1 certificates to EN 10204 on request.
Ongoing Dimensional Control
Sample inspection or 100% control depending on requirements — with digital measuring instruments and CMM.
Surface Inspection
Roughness measurement (Ra/Rz) and visual inspection as standard. Special inspections on request.
Frequently Asked Questions about Contract Manufacturing
Q1What is CNC contract manufacturing?
In contract manufacturing, we produce your metal components to your drawings and specifications. You provide the documentation, we handle material procurement, CNC programming, manufacturing and quality control.
Q2How quickly do I receive a quotation?
Typically within 24 hours of receiving your enquiry. Send us your drawing (PDF/STEP) with details of material and quantity.
Q3What does CNC contract manufacturing cost?
Costs depend on material, complexity, tolerances and quantity. Simple turned parts start at approx. €5–15/piece in series, one-offs from €50–100. We are happy to provide an individual quotation.
Q4What file formats do you accept?
STEP (.stp), IGES (.igs), DXF, DWG and PDF drawings. For the fastest processing, we recommend STEP files with accompanying drawing set.
Q5How long does manufacturing take?
One-offs: 5–10 working days. Small series: 2–3 weeks. Large series by individual agreement. Express manufacturing in 3–5 days possible.
Q6Do you also offer labour-only manufacturing (customer-supplied material)?
Yes, both models: You supply the material (contract machining) or we procure it (complete contract manufacturing). We are flexible with both options.
Q7What quality documentation do you provide?
As standard: first article inspection reports (FAIR), material certificates and measurement protocols. PPAP documentation and capability reports on request.
Q8From what quantity is an enquiry worthwhile?
From 1 piece! We manufacture everything from one-offs and prototypes to large series. Every enquiry is individually calculated.
